Wes Caspers

Wes Caspers is a law clerk with Buntrock Law Group, where he focuses on personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death litigation. He brings more than eight years of civil litigation experience, including seven years devoted primarily to complex medical malpractice and catastrophic injury cases.

Wes has worked on hundreds of cases and has substantial experience with nearly every stage of litigation. His work includes investigating potential claims, analyzing extensive medical records, researching complex medical and legal issues, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, preparing disclosure statements, working with expert witnesses, assisting with depositions and trial preparation, and developing cases for settlement. He has played a significant role in matters resulting in substantial recoveries for injured clients, including a $1.35 million personal injury settlement and a $2.76 million medical malpractice default judgment.

Wes earned his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. He believes that people facing serious injuries deserve a legal advocate who listens carefully, communicates honestly, and is willing to do the detailed work necessary to understand their case and tell their story effectively.
