A firm built around knowing people
Buntrock Law Group opened in Mesa in 2013, when Shane Buntrock left a shareholder role at a successful Phoenix law firm to build a practice of his own, with the support of his clients, family, and friends. The firm has grown the same way ever since, one relationship at a time, which is why most of our clients still come to us through someone who trusted us first.
Shane had already spent years as a shareholder in both Phoenix and East Valley firms, and has now practiced Arizona law for more than twenty-five years. His roots run through two states: he earned his law degree at the University of South Dakota and is still licensed there today. The East Valley is where the firm's relationships live, from the business owner who has worked with Shane for thirty years to the CPAs and advisors who trust us with their clients.
The relationship instinct is personal. Shane is a burn injury survivor, and the Arizona Burn Foundation, where he chaired the board for six years, remains close to his heart. Over the years he has also served on the board of the Mesa Foundation for Educational Excellence and stayed active in his church and community. He and his wife are the parents of four children. We are a small firm on purpose: people who intend to know their clients for decades, not for a single matter.
