Meet the Team

Haley Brown joined Buntrock Law Group in early 2026 following a successful career in the public sector where Haley served as in-house counsel for the largest Arizona state agency and as a criminal defense attorney. With nearly a decade of experience in the courtroom, she has built a reputation of defending clients with integrity, tenacity, and strategic representation plans.

Haley focuses her practice on a wide variety of areas including commercial civil litigation, employment law, estate planning, and fractional general counsel work for businesses and individuals.

Haley graduated magna cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law and is a graduate of Arizona State University. She is an Arizona native.

Outside of the courtroom, Haley enjoys spending time with her family, spending time outdoors, and trying new restaurants.

Marlane Porter is an experienced Arizona Estate Planning and Elder Law Attorney.

She is a fifth-generation Arizonan serving the community since 1993. She graduated from the Arizona State University College of Law as a Pedrick Scholar.

Marlane works with clients to proactively plan for the future, focusing on estate planning, administration, and Medicaid.

She is passionate about estate planning and teaches about the topic for professionals, including: continuing education classes for attorneys, CPAs, and

financial planners.

In her spare time, Marlane spends time with her family, leads in her church, and serves as a board member and President of the Chandler Education Foundation.
